What does a response target mean?
It’s the time we aim to take to respond to your request, rather than a guaranteed time to resolve it. Business-hour targets apply during the agreed support hours; we confirm these when setting up your plan.
What counts as a small change?
Content updates, cosmetic adjustments and minor fixes suited to your plan’s allowance. If a request needs more time or involves a larger feature, we’ll discuss its scope and cost before proceeding.
Can you care for an existing website or application?
Yes. We’ll first review its technology, access and current condition, then confirm which plan and any initial work would suit it.
Are backups included in every care plan?
Website care includes the backup checks listed in each plan. Creating and storing backups, retention and restoration arrangements are agreed separately. Website, web application and database backup services can be discussed alongside your care plan.
