Whats the catch with the domain name?
The domain name is included (worth up to £15). If you cancel the services within 1 year you will need to pay the cost of the domain name so it remains registered to you and the cancellation fee may be applicable.
Can I use my own/existing hosting services?
To cover the costs of development and ongoing support, All our packags and our clients use the hosting service provided by us. Our Basic Plan starts from just £6.99 a month
If you already have hosting with another provider, if required then we can also migrate your website to our servers quickly and seamlessly. free of charge and with zero hassle.
Do you deal with email hosting as well?
Yes. We provide professional email hosting at just £10 per year per user/email address.
By default, you’ll be placed on our Basic Email Plan for your professional email address (e.g. [email protected].
How much storage is included with the Basic Plan?
Our Basic Plan includes 25GB of storage for emails and 25GB of storage for web hosting. It offers a reliable, moderate speed that’s perfect for most businesses. If your needs grow, you can upgrade your plan at any time for more storage or faster performance.
Can I have just a website and domain without hosting or email hosting?
Email hosting is optional, but we highly recommend it for a more professional image when communicating with customers.
Web hosting, however, is mandatory. Without hosting, your website cannot be accessible to the public.

I already have a domain name. Can I use mine?
Yes, absolutely. If you already own a domain name then we can conenct the domain name with our servers so everything works smoothly. We will require your domain name registrar to update few settings. We can apply discount if you do not require us to register the domain name.
We can also connect multiple domain names to the same website, giving you more ways for customers to find you.
We’ll handle all the setup and, if needed, migrate everything over to our hosting quickly and hassle-free.
